Yes, your company details are of utmost importance to us. Due to lots of fraud cases are registered, we cannot trust everyone who sends us the requirement, unless it had a proper company details mentioned in it.
No, if you are willing to hire any senior profile, then in that case you need to give us the Job description. It is not necessary to repeat that each time you send the same requirement. However, if you have different positions, then in that case all the positions’ Job Description will be required once.
You can be as involved as you want to be. Whether you want to just give us a description of what you’re looking for and let us handle the rest or even if you want someone from your company to be present at each and every interview, we’ll work with you to figure out a hiring process that makes the most sense for your company. At the end of the day, your word is the law.
Yes, Demand letter and other documents, are essential. It shows the urgency and the factor of hiring by our principals. It is not necessary to start the recruitment between us. It has a priority it can reach us, even after the CVs selection and at interview timings. We appreciate, if it reaches us before we begin our relationship. At times, we face problem from our principles that they give us the requirement and then after the CVs are sent, they don’t reply.

Our agency is not responsible to pay the candidates to and from expenses. All the expenses have to be borne by the candidates. In case, you had something in written received from one of our representative, then we are liable to pay you.
Client has to bear the Visa and Joining Air-ticket. We do not pay any amount to our clients for Visas. Yes, in case if the joining ticket is not given, then we collect the amount of ticket from candidates.
No sooner the documents arrive, than we shall start sending the CVs. Usually, our principles gets the report and CVs within no less than 48hrs, 2 working days. However, if the requirement is of niche category, then the time varies.
Yes, Feedback plays an important role in recruitment. It covers the communication gaps and establishes a firm business relationship between client and agency. Therefore, the candidates are mobilized within no time. If there is no proper feedback either written or verbal, from the client then there is no dimension in the work agenda. Therefore, we expect our clients to provide us the feedback fortnightly or within 48 working hrs for smooth work.
All their expenses will be on client themselves. We can only, book hotels on behalf of them, if there is any regional travel within the country for interview, then the air ticket cost etc is upon us.
As soon as the Visa arrives, it takes us minimum 10 days maximum 15 days to mobilize the candidates.
