The salary offered is based on your experience and qualification. We can still do some hard negotiation with our client regarding that, if that doesn’t work, then we will keep your CV in our database and if we have any suitable job opening matching your salary expected, then we will consider your CV to the client.
Our HR Executives will be in constant touch with you and shall provide you the feedback regarding your selection.
This could be for any number of reasons. Sometimes clients are specific about industry sector experience. For example, they might have told us that they only want to see candidates with a certain amount of automotive industry experience. It could also be based on the information we hold on you, whereby we don’t think that you would be interested in the role. For example, if you told us that you were looking for a minimum of € 1500 and the vacancy is paying € 800. If in doubt then please call and we can double check. Rest assured if our agency can put you forward for a position, we will do so!
No NEVER! We only present your details to a client after we have spoken to you about the vacancy, the company and received your permission to do so.
Yes, passport is essential, without passport you will not be allowed to attend the interview. Secondly it is a confirmation from your end, that you are seriously interested in going abroad. If you are selected by the respective company, you need to submit the passport.

Service charges are mandatory for most of our client; it’s an exception if you have applied for a client who is ready to bear the service charges. You are require to give service charges only after your visa arrives.
We will try to arrange your interview by telephonic or Skype.
Our agency is not responsible to pay the candidates to and from expenses. All the expenses have to be borne by the candidates. In case, you had something in written received from one of our representative, then we are liable to pay you.
You are required to contact the HR Executive, who approached you during your first interaction for that particular requirement.

We do not deal with fraud employers, who hire workers for other works not mentioned in their employment contract and breach it. However, should we come across such cases, we usually bare the whole responsibility of providing the repatriation ticket to the candidates and also in best possible way, find a suitable employment for them after their return.
